Job Description
As a Sales Manager you will be engaged in sales and promotion of our logistics and freight forwarding services. You are also in charge of building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers and strategic partners. Another area of your direct responsibility includes analyzing markets and competition, onboarding new customers and managing key accounts. You will also manage operations teams, coordinate logistics processes and work with Management to develop new products & markets.
Key Responsibilities

Sell and market our products & services to meet established sales targets

Learn customers' requirements and develop bespoke logistical solutions

Analyze market trends, competition, track sales data and report to Management

Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, vendors and major carriers

Manage cargo operations from A to Z, for import/export/transit shipments

Track receivables to ensure timely collection of payments from customers

Support Management in developing and implementing business processes
Qualifications

Strong verbal & written communication skills

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Proficient with Google Workspace or equivalent software

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Previous work experience in freight forwarding, airlines or related area is welcome
-
Good working knowledge of English is mandatory
Working Conditions
Cargo sales & operations management is a round-the-clock job. If you want to work in this field you must be open to shifting schedules and long hours if necessary. You will be working in our office and frequently visiting airports, railway terminals, warehouse facilities, etc. You may additionally be required to visit our customers’ offices, international exhibitions, etc.
